In this vital role, you will support store operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service. Be part of a company that values health, community, and excellence.
Responsibilities Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Oversee merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation.
Support recruiting, training, and development of staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with senior management to implement marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the health food or grocey retail industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of merchandising, inventory control, and POS systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Passion for health foods and wellness products is an asset.
