Summary

We are seeking a Part Time Night Auditor to join our team at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Canada. Friday and Saturday night availability is mandatory. The Night Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations, guest satisfaction, and accurate financial reporting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant hospitality environment.
Responsibilities

Manage overnight front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs.
Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare audit reports.
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises during night hours.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Maintain accurate records of all financial activities.
Uphold the hotel's standards of service excellence and hospitality.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel front desk or night audit roles.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently during night shifts.
Bilingual abilities are preferred but not required.
Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
A professional appearance and positive attitude.
