Wage: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience.

What You'll Do
- Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms following strict infection control protocols.
- Support clear aligner and Invisalign patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Take impressions, digital scans, radiographs, and other diagnostic records as required.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and Invisalign compliance.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Support front desk operations as needed, including scheduling and patient communication.
- Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic environment.
What You'll Bring to the Role
- Current certification as a Licensed Dental Assistant and registration with BCCOHP.
- Minimum 2 years of chairside assisting experience.
- Experience with digital scanning technology (iTero or similar) is considered an asset.
- Experience with Tracker dental software is considered an asset but is not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills—you’re as good at explaining care as you are at providing it.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, and you're comfortable managing a busy schedule with ease.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit clinical team.
- A passion for helping patients feel confident throughout their smile transformation journey.
