Summary

In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional aesthetic and nail care services that align with our mission of empowering women through beauty. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nail care services, including manicures and pedicures.
Perform professional waxing, tinting, ear piercing, skin and makeup applications
Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure client safety.
Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client experience.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Upsell additional services and products when appropriate to enhance the client experience
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques.
Assist with retail sales of beauty products as needed.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Aesthetician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation practices.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Effective communication skills to engage with clients.
Ability to upsell services and products effectively.
Certification in nail technology and/or aesthetics is preferred.
Passion for the beauty industry and staying current with trends.
