Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour + tips + performance bonuses

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Deliver premium residential deep cleaning, regular cleaning, move-in/move-out, and post-renovation cleaning to high-end clients in Toronto and North York
Maintain Now It's Clean's quality standard on every job — no exceptions
Communicate professionally with clients on site
Use company-provided tools and supplies correctly and efficiently
Complete jobs on schedule and report any issues to the team promptly

REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to reliably get yourself to our office at 783 Lawrence Ave W, North York to start your day — transportation to all job sites is provided from there
Fluent English — you'll be in clients' homes and communicating with our team daily
Monday to Friday availability, day shifts between 8 AM and 6 PM
Physically capable of a labour-intensive role — kneeling, scrubbing, lifting, long hours on your feet
Punctual and professional — if you have a history of no-shows, this is not the role for you

$18–$20 per hour with a clear path to higher pay based on performance
100% of tips go directly to you
