About the Opportunity

Green's Drug Mart is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge to lead our Placentia location. This is an opportunity to practise with genuine clinical autonomy in a supportive, community-focused pharmacy environment — without the burnout often associated with traditional retail pharmacy.

Option 1 — Maximum Earnings

Ideal for pharmacists who prefer enhanced hourly compensation and independent benefit arrangements.

Option 2 — Balanced Compensation & Benefits

Ideal for candidates seeking strong compensation combined with long-term stability and support.

Scheduling

Flexible scheduling arrangements available, including compressed work models:

4 days on / 3 days off
Additional alternative scheduling arrangements may be available for the right candidate

No nights

Scope of Practice

Pharmacists are supported to practise to the full scope, including:

Medication reviews
Patient counselling
Immunizations and injections
Minor ailments prescribing
Diabetes management
Additional clinical services aligned with your professional interests

Commitment

Flexible commitment options available, including permanent or fixed-term arrangements.

A minimum 1-year commitment is preferred.

Requirements

We are seeking a pharmacist who brings strong clinical skills, professionalism, and leadership potential.

Qualifications include:

Minimum 1+ year(s) of pharmacist experience required
Eligibility with CPNL to serve as Pharmacist in Charge
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals
Experience supporting teams and implementing patient-focused programs
Interest in flexible or compressed scheduling arrangements
Commitment to patient-centred, community-focused care
