Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel packages sales, with the ability to provide exceptional travel experiences tailored to our clients' needs. As a Travel Consultant, you will utilize your expertise in the travel market to create personalized itineraries, negotiate with vendors, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the travel planning process.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities that align with client interests.
Create detailed travel itineraries that include transportation, lodging, and activities.
Negotiate rates and terms with suppliers and vendors to secure the best deals for clients.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and market changes to provide informed advice.
Utilize technology tools for booking, managing reservations, and tracking client interactions.

Experience

Proven experience in customer service or sales roles; experience in the travel industry is a plus.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms from vendors.
Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is advantageous.
Experience in account management to foster long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required; additional language skills are a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
