Currently in need of a great Retail Assistant Manager .Candidate needs to be a hands-on individual with an enthusiastic personality who treats their responsibilities with a sense of ownership. Duties:

Help store Manager to work with staff through orientation and training initiatives.
Uphold staff quality by counseling, coaching, and meeting employee needs. Supplement quality standards through monitoring and evaluation.
Exceed and prepare annual budget objectives, expenditure scheduling, analyzing variables, and executing correction actions if needed.
Identify customer requirements by establishing customer relationships both current and prospective.
Help store Manager To maintain inventory by ensuring service and merchandise availability.
Formulate pricing strategies through merchandising reviews, observing additional sales promotions, approval for clearance sales, and trend research.
Merchandise marketing by ad research, promotional sales, display planning, and profit evaluation through operational and financial reporting.
Securing merchandise by initiating and observing security systems
Protect staff and customers by ensuring a clean and safe store environment
Preserve the livelihood and reputation of the store by complying with legal policies and requirements.
Establish marketing strategy changes through departmental, operational, and financial reviews.
Update professional, technical, and industry knowledge by participating in educational workshops, reviewing industry publications, expanding professional networks, etc.
Maintain operational standards by enforcing and coordinating operational and personnel policies and requirements.
Participate in team contribution by accomplishing and exceeding related goals.

Responsabilités

Soutenir le/la gérant(e) du magasin dans l’encadrement de l’équipe, incluant l’orientation et la formation.
Maintenir un haut niveau de performance du personnel en offrant soutien, accompagnement et coaching, ainsi qu’en répondant à leurs besoins.
Dépasser les objectifs annuels en préparant les budgets, en planifiant les dépenses, en analysant les facteurs de performance et en mettant en place des mesures correctives au besoin.
Identifier les besoins des clients en établissant et en entretenant des relations avec la clientèle actuelle et potentielle.
Assister le/la gérant(e) dans la gestion des inventaires afin d’assurer la disponibilité des services et de la marchandise.
Contribuer à l’élaboration de stratégies de prix en participant aux revues de marchandisage, en observant les promotions additionnelles, en approuvant les soldes de liquidation et en suivant les tendances du marché.
Participer au marketing marchand en effectuant des recherches publicitaires, en soutenant les promotions, en planifiant les mises en marché et en évaluant les profits à l’aide de rapports opérationnels et financiers.
Assurer la protection de la marchandise en appliquant et en surveillant les systèmes de sécurité.
Protéger le personnel et les clients en maintenant un environnement propre et sécuritaire.
Préserver la réputation du magasin en respectant les politiques légales et les exigences réglementaires.
Contribuer aux changements de stratégie marketing par l’analyse de données opérationnelles, départementales et financières.
Maintenir ses connaissances techniques et sectorielles en participant à des formations, en consultant des publications spécialisées et en développant son réseau professionnel.
Maintenir les standards opérationnels en appliquant et en coordonnant les politiques de fonctionnement et de gestion du personnel.
Contribuer au travail d’équipe en atteignant — et en surpassant — les objectifs établis.
