About us:

Playground is an internationally renowned gaming destination located a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal, within the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake. We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a Valet Attendant. In this role, you will help create a positive and seamless experience for our valued customers. Your warm and professional demeanor, combined with your strong organizational skills, will help ensure the safe and efficient operation of our parking services.

Schedule: Full-time including weekend requirement and overnight

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Work collaboratively to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the parking lot, maintaining traffic flow and safety protocols.
Responsibly handle and park customers' vehicles, ensuring their safety and security while in our care.
Maintain meticulous and accurate written records of all transactions, including vehicle check-in and check-out details.
Uphold the cleanliness and organization of the valet area, creating a welcoming and orderly environment for both customers and staff.
Arrange taxi or transportation services promptly upon request, ensuring customers' convenience and satisfaction.
Prioritize safety by clearing customer vehicles of snow and ice, ensuring a safe and smooth departure experience.

Requirements:

Must be bilingual and at least 18 years old.
Possess a valid work permit or be a Canadian resident.
Capable of standing for the duration of the shift.
Previous experience in a similar environment is an asset but not required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Must have a valid Quebec driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Proficient in driving both automatic and manual vehicles.

Responsabilités :

Accueillir et assister les clients avec une attitude amicale et professionnelle, en veillant à laisser une première impression positive.
Travailler en collaboration pour assurer le bon fonctionnement et la sécurité du stationnement, en maintenant le flux de circulation et les protocoles de sécurité.
Manipuler et garer les véhicules des clients avec responsabilité, en garantissant leur sécurité et leur protection pendant leur séjour.
Tenir des registres écrits méticuleux et précis de toutes les transactions, y compris les détails de l'arrivée et du départ des véhicules.
Maintenir la propreté et l'organisation de la zone de valet, créant un environnement accueillant et ordonné tant pour les clients que pour le personnel.
Organiser rapidement des services de taxi ou de transport sur demande, garantissant la commodité et la satisfaction des clients.
Prioriser la sécurité en dégageant les véhicules des clients de la neige et de la glace, assurant ainsi un départ en toute sécurité et en douceur.

Exigences :

Être bilingue et avoir 18 ans ou plus.
Avoir un permis de travail valide ou être résident canadien.
Être capable de travailler debout pendant toute la durée du quart de travail.
Une expérience antérieure dans un environnement similaire est un atout mais n'est pas obligatoire.
Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps.
Doit posséder un permis de conduire valide du Québec et un dossier de conduite impeccable.
Doit être capable de conduire des véhicules automatiques et manuels.
