Venor is proud to partner with Global Windows and Doors in their search for a Production Manager to join their team in Richibucto, NB.

The Production Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the future of production operations. This position offers the opportunity to lead a diverse team, strengthen operational excellence, and drive impactful improvements across a multi-department manufacturing environment. This is an ideal role for a collaborative, solutions-focused leader who thrives in dynamic settings and is passionate about fostering a high-performance culture.

What you’ll be doing

Oversee day-to-day and long-range production schedules across all manufacturing lines.
Coordinate workflows across windows, doors, glass, paint production, shipping/receiving, maintenance, and purchasing.
Manage staffing levels and resource allocation to meet production goals and delivery commitments.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and organizational standards across the facility.
Partner with engineering and QA teams to uphold consistent product quality.
Monitor and manage operational budgets, balancing cost efficiency with product quality.
Work closely with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
Ensure the facility supports safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance.
Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and frontline team members.
Conduct performance evaluations and support professional growth.
Communicate goals clearly, fostering engagement and collaboration across teams.

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process-improvement methodologies.
Strong leadership and sound decision-making abilities.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-focused, collaborative, and performance-oriented.
Maintaining and growing a positive work environment.
Cost-conscious with the ability to balance budget targets and product quality.
