We are looking for a Creamer Operator on day and night shift. Starting rate is $19.14 per hour with progression.
Key Ingredients

Responsible for set-up or creamers
Responsible for shoveling icing into the icing pots
Responsible for weighing the cookies to specification
Ensure all documentation is complete
Keep work area clean and tidy throughout shift and clean up after shift
Inform Leadhand of any quality issues immediately
Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities specific to food safety, legality and quality

Recipe for Success

Demonstrate agility and precision to align with the rapid production pace
Previous experience in the same role would be beneficial
Skilled in clear and impactful communication
Punctual and team player
You have strong people skills—you’re approachable, a good listener, and empathetic
You have previously worked in a manufacturing environment (even better if it was food manufacturing!)
You’re dedicated to the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues
