Role Overview

We are looking for a bilingual Junior Project Manager to join our implementation team. In this role, you will contribute to the successful delivery of EDI implementation projects by working closely with clients and internal teams to meet timelines, expectations, and deliverables.

This position is ideal for someone early in their project management career who is looking to develop strong client-facing and technical coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned implementation projects, with support from senior team members
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle
Understand client needs and manage expectations through consistent communication
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to support EDI implementations
Participate in gathering and documenting project requirements before, during, and after implementation
Provide regular updates using project management tools and contribute to team follow-ups
Collaborate with internal teams to analyze client issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality and accuracy
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and value delivery
Represent client needs internally and share feedback with product and technical teams
Respond to general client inquiries regarding the platform and EDI document tracking
Contribute to maintaining quality standards through structured project tracking and documentation
Develop strong working relationships both internally and externally

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in project coordination or project management (considered an asset)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results-driven mindset
Bilingual in French and English (French required)
College diploma (DEC) or equivalent required

Responsabilités principales

Agir comme point de contact principal pour les projets d’implantation assignés, avec le soutien de membres seniors de l’équipe
Établir des relations de confiance avec les clients tout au long du cycle d’implantation
Comprendre les besoins des clients et gérer leurs attentes grâce à une communication constante
Coordonner les parties prenantes internes et externes pour soutenir les implantations EDI
Participer à la collecte et à la documentation des requis du projet avant, pendant et après l’implantation
Fournir des mises à jour régulières à l’aide d’outils de gestion de projet et participer aux suivis d’équipe
Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour analyser les enjeux clients, identifier les causes et proposer des solutions
Soutenir les tests d’acceptation utilisateur (UAT) afin d’assurer la qualité et l’exactitude
Maintenir une communication continue avec les clients afin d’assurer leur satisfaction et la valeur livrée
Représenter les besoins des clients à l’interne et partager les rétroactions avec les équipes produit et techniques
Répondre aux demandes générales des clients concernant la plateforme et le suivi des documents EDI
Contribuer au maintien des standards de qualité grâce à un suivi structuré des projets et de la documentation
Développer de solides relations de travail, tant à l’interne qu’à l’externe

Qualifications et compétences

Minimum d’un (1) an d’expérience en coordination ou en gestion de projet (un atout)
Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en analyse
Capacité à travailler avec des équipes multidisciplinaires
Excellentes habiletés de communication et relations interpersonnelles
Approche axée sur les résultats
Bilinguisme français et anglais (français requis)
Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) ou équivalent requis
