Mission:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic, career-oriented sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their sales expertise to drive new business while nurturing our existing client relationships. With a strong understanding of building services, you will play a pivotal role in fostering connections and maintaining our professional client base. Self-motivation, perseverance, and strong organizational skills are key to thriving in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with our current customer base.
Proactively follow up on all sales leads provided by the company.
Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and communications.
Prepare accurate estimates and contracts for building projects.
Collaborate with customers to review drawings and specifications.
Document all customer revisions and changes, coordinating with relevant team members.
Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.
Uphold company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.

Education:

Diploma in Engineering or Architectural Technology.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in the construction field.
Proven ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a multi-functional team.
Proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Strong understanding of building science and materials, including concrete, steel, and wood structures.
Knowledge of the construction process from initiation to completion.
Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
Competent in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with AutoCAD software.
Flexible schedule availability and a valid driver’s license.

Pay:

Wage will depend on experience and will be discussed on an individual basis.
