Counter Sales Representative

The Company:
We are a landscape supply and sod production farm looking for a Counter Sales Associate for our Sales Center at 285177 Frontier Road. This will be a seasonal position from approximately early April to November, however, we are looking for an individual who is committed to returning to work for us in future seasons.

The Role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Counter Sales Representative plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate and efficient sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to walk-in and phone-in customers
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Perform data entry of sales orders, invoices, and customer information into the point-of-sale system
Maintain accurate records of transactions
Answer phones and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff or department
Respond to general customer inquiries via phone and email
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales counter and showroom area
Support team members in a fast-paced, seasonal environment

Qualifications & Skills

Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry
Landscape knowledge is considered an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Store Hours
Monday-Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm
Saturday - Closed .
Sunday and all public holidays - Closed.
