GT Performance is an industry leading Powersports Dealership specializing in premium Wake Boats, Enclosed Trailers, SXS, ATV & Motorcycles. We are the exclusive Tige & ATX Wakeboats, NEO, Mission and EZ Hauler Enclosed Trailers, as well as a full line CF MOTO dealer in Saskatchewan.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead our Powersports service department. The ideal candidate will possess strong dealership and mechanic experience, with a solid understanding of automotive/powersports repair and mechanical systems. This role offers an opportunity to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth within a professional and customer-focused environment.

Duties

Manage daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, and staff supervision
Oversee repairs, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, explaining repair options, and maintaining positive relationships
Lead sales efforts through upselling additional services and maintenance packages to maximize revenue
Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper financial records
Train and mentor technicians and service advisors to improve performance and efficiency
Monitor inventory levels for parts and supplies, placing orders as needed
Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, safety regulations, and industry standards

Skills

Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive/powersports service management
Mechanic experience with extensive mechanical knowledge of vehicles/powersports and repair processes
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
Sales acumen with experience in upselling services to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth
Proficiency in cash handling and basic financial transactions
Leadership skills to motivate staff, manage conflicts, and foster a collaborative team environment
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and reporting
