Full job description

We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team at our independently owned and operated Haven Kitchen + Bar in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, mixology, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a busy customer-focused setting. As a key member of our team, the bartender will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, crafting high-quality cocktails, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, beverages, and other drinks with precision and efficiency
Engage with customers to provide friendly and attentive service, while also offering recommendations and ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and managing inventory
Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and alcohol service laws
Work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth operation during busy evenings and weekends
Contribute to creating a positive and professional work environment

Requirements:

Relevant experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Knowledge of and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes is a plus
