About the Role
Face Plus is hiring 1 to 3 part-time Local Business Outreach Assistants to help us introduce our mobile app platform to local businesses in Metro Vancouver.
This is a flexible part-time role. You do not need to work from an office. Most of the work involves visiting local businesses, briefly introducing Face Plus, helping interested merchants register, and collecting simple feedback.
This role is suitable for students, recent graduates, part-time workers, or anyone who enjoys meeting people and wants to gain real experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development.
No previous sales experience is required. Training and guidance will be provided.
What You Will Do
Visit local businesses in person and introduce Face Plus in a friendly and professional way
Speak with business owners, managers, or front desk staff
Explain what Face Plus does and why local businesses may want to join
Help interested merchants complete basic registration steps
Follow up with merchants after the first visit
Collect simple feedback from merchants about the app and their business needs
Share your outreach progress with the internal team
Target businesses may include beauty salons, medical aesthetic clinics, dental clinics, hair salons, wellness studios, laser treatment centers, and other local service businesses.

Pay and Bonus
Base pay: CAD $18.25 per hour
In addition to hourly pay, you may earn performance-based bonuses when merchants successfully register, complete onboarding steps, provide feedback, or become active users on the platform.
The bonus structure is clearly explained after hiring, and it is designed to reward successful outreach and follow-up.
Approved transportation expenses for business visits will be reimbursed according to company policy.

Requirements
Comfortable speaking with people in person
Good communication skills
Responsible and self-motivated
Able to work independently
Comfortable using mobile apps and basic online tools
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Access to local transportation is preferred
English is required. Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Punjabi, Hindi, Farsi, or other languages are an asset, especially when speaking with local business owners.
