Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Supervisor / Coordinator to oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth project execution from start to finish. This role combines on-site supervision with coordination responsibilities, requiring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities and coordinate workflow to meet project schedules and milestones.
Act as the main point of contact between project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
Monitor progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement effective solutions.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
Coordinate material deliveries, track inventory, and assist with procurement planning.
Support project planning, including scheduling, labour coordination, and cost tracking.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements.
Maintain detailed documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
Train and guide team members on proper procedures, safety practices, and project expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience in construction supervision, project coordination, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and sequencing.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in basic project management tools and reporting systems is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
