Noble Services Canada Inc. is building a team for long-term growth. The successful applicant will begin as a Construction Worker, learning our standards, building methods, project expectations, and customer-service approach.

Position Type
This is an employee position with Noble Services Canada Inc., not an independent contractor role.
Employees will be paid through company payroll, with applicable deductions made in accordance with legal requirements.
Work assignments, hours, and scheduling will depend on active projects, project timelines, weather, seasonal demand, and company needs.
Scope of Work
Employees may assist with or perform work related to:
- Sauna construction
- Barn and outbuilding construction
- Fence construction
- Framing and carpentry
- Exterior finishing and trim work
- Material handling and site preparation
- General construction and job-site tasks
- Other projects completed through Noble Services Canada Inc.
Work will vary depending on the project. Applicants should be comfortable working outdoors, using tools, lifting materials, adapting to different construction tasks, and maintaining professional standards at customer properties.

Learn Noble Services building standards, assist with projects, perform assigned construction tasks, maintain a productive work pace, and demonstrate reliability.

Foreman / Crew Leader

Tools & Equipment
Employees are expected to provide their own basic construction tools, including:
- Impact driver and various bits
- Drill
- Hammer
- Tape measure
- Level
- Circular saw
- Reciprocating saw / Sawzall
- Basic hand tools standard to the trade
Additional tools such as a mitre saw, table saw, compressor, nailers, or other construction equipment are considered an asset.
Noble Services Canada Inc. will provide specialty tools and project-specific equipment where required.
Transportation Requirements
Applicants must have a reliable working vehicle and be able to travel to job sites in Calgary and surrounding areas as required.
Safety Requirements
Employees are expected to work safely and responsibly at all times.
Required personal protective equipment includes:
- Steel-toe boots
- Eye protection
- Ear protection
- Work gloves
- Appropriate work clothing and weather-related gear
A site-specific safety orientation will be provided. Employees will be required to review and acknowledge company safety requirements before beginning work.
All work must be completed in accordance with applicable Alberta safety requirements, job-site rules, and company expectations.
Compensation
- Pay range: $20.00–$35.00 per hour
- Compensation will be based on experience, ability, tools, productivity, workmanship, independence, and leadership potential
- Paid through company payroll
- Opportunities for increased responsibility and compensation may be available as skills and leadership develop
- Hours and workload may vary depending on project volume, scheduling requirements, weather, and season
