Full job description

About the Role

We are currently seeking hardworking, dependable, and motivated Concrete Forming Labourers to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in the concrete construction industry while working on a variety of commercial, industrial, and civil projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the installation and removal of concrete formwork
Perform site preparation and general cleanup duties
Load, unload, and transport construction materials
Support form setters, foremen, and concrete crews as required
Set up and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
Follow all workplace safety procedures and site regulations
Perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments

Qualifications

Previous construction experience is preferred
Experience with concrete forming or finishing is considered an asset.
Physically fit and capable of lifting and performing manual labour
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred
