Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook and Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meal preparation and food handling, with a focus on creating delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality and taste. As a Pizza Cook, you will play a vital role in our restaurant’s success by ensuring that every pizza is crafted with care and precision.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Ensure all food handling and safety guidelines are strictly followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Assist in the preparation of other menu items as needed, contributing to overall kitchen efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including cooking stations, utensils, and equipment.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Stay updated on food trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation or cooking within the restaurant or food service industry is a requirement.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members.
A passion for cooking and creating high-quality dishes, particularly pizzas.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
