Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and personable Property Advisor to join our full-time, Montreal-based team. This is a commission-only role, ideal for individuals who are driven by performance and motivated by uncapped earning potential.

This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or accelerate their career in real estate. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full leasing process while working with an established portfolio and structured systems.

In this role, you’ll work directly with prospective tenants to help them find the right fit, guide them through the application and lease process, and build strong client relationships from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property visits and provide detailed tours of available units
Assist clients with rental applications and guide them through the approval process
Collect, verify, and organize applicant documentation
Keep listings, applications, and client records accurate and up to date
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract qualified tenants
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure units are ready for showings

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
Interest in real estate, leasing, or sales (previous experience is an asset but not required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Knowledge of the Montreal rental market is an asset
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously

Responsabilités principales

Effectuer les visites de propriétés et présenter les unités disponibles de façon détaillée
Accompagner les clients dans les demandes de location et le processus d’approbation
Recueillir, vérifier et organiser les documents des candidats
Maintenir les annonces, dossiers de location et suivis clients à jour
Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies marketing afin d’attirer des locataires qualifiés
Collaborer avec l’équipe de gestion immobilière pour s’assurer que les logements sont prêts pour les visites

Exigences

Permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule personnel
Bilinguisme français / anglais (oral et écrit)
Intérêt marqué pour l’immobilier, la location ou la vente (expérience préalable est un atout, mais non obligatoire)
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et relations interpersonnelles
Capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en collaborant avec une équipe
Bonne connaissance du marché locatif montréalais (atout)
Sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément
