Job Opportunity: Residential Security Guard – Part Time
Synergy Protection Group Inc. – Barrie, Ontario

About Us:
Synergy Protection Group Inc. is a leading security provider committed to redefining safety for the 21st century. We’re seeking a reliable, customer-focused Residential Security Guard to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for those who value flexibility while ensuring the safety and comfort of residents.

Position Details:

Job Type: Part time - Saturday & Sunday (18:00 - 02:00)
Location: Residential site in Barrie, Ontario

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct foot patrols of residential premises (interior and exterior).
Monitor CCTV and control access for residents/visitors.
Accept and log parcels; manage amenity bookings.
Enforce Trespass to Property Act and community rules.
Provide professional, friendly customer service to residents.
Complete detailed incident reports for security events.
Respond to fire alarms, medical emergencies, or disturbances.

Requirements:

Valid Ontario Security License.
1+ year of residential security experience (preferred).
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to stay alert and courteous during shifts.
Basic computer skills (email, incident reporting software).
