Rôles et responsabilités :

Diriger, rédiger et gérer des contrats complexes dans un secteur mondial, conformément aux politiques de l'entreprise et aux demandes, calendriers et spécifications des clients internes et externes.
Préparer la documentation pour les négociations contractuelles avec les clients et les exploitants d'aéronefs.
Gérer les relations contractuelles avec les clients internes et les clients et exploitants d'aéronefs externes.
Tenir à jour les dossiers liés à la préparation et à la révision des contrats.
Diriger l'analyse des contrats et préparer des rapports afin de s'assurer que les documents respectent les paramètres négociés et convenus.
Avec le soutien du service juridique, conseiller l'organisation sur les questions relatives aux contrats et fournir des solutions contractuelles.
Aider la direction à répondre aux besoins de formation de l'entreprise.
Diriger/gérer plusieurs projets de petite et moyenne envergure.
Élaborer et mettre en "uvre des améliorations de processus afin d'accroître le rendement et l'efficacité du service.

Formation et expérience :

Diplôme professionnel en droit, administration, commerce, finance (un diplôme dans le domaine parajuridique peut également être pris en considération)
Expérience dans la rédaction et la gestion de contrats
Excellentes compétences en rédaction · Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français
Expérience des outils informatiques MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Solides compétences interpersonnelles et esprit d'équipe
Solides compétences organisationnelles et communicationnelles
Capacité à gérer une charge de travail importante et des délais serrés
Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression

Roles and Responsibilities:

Leads, drafts and manages complex contracts in a global industry, in accordance with company policies and internal and external customer requests, schedules, and specifications
Prepares documentation for contract negotiations with aircraft customers and operators
Manages contractual relationships with internal clients and external aircraft customers and operators
Maintains records associated with the preparation and review of contracts
Leads contract analysis and prepares reports to ensure that documents are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters
With the support of the Legal Department, advises the organization on issues concerning contract matters and provides contract solutions
Assists leadership with training requirements required by the company
Leads/manages multiple small- to medium-sized projects
Develops and implements process improvements to enhance departmental performance and effectiveness

Education and Experience:

Professional degree in law, administration, business, finance (a degree in the paralegal field may also be considered)
Experience in contract drafting and management
Excellent drafting skills · Proficiency in English & French
Experience with IT tools MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong interpersonal skills and a serious team player
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage a heavy workload and aggressive timelines
Works effectively under pressure
