Don't join any real estate team without talking to our team. You will learn the pitfalls and mistakes we see most agents making.

Here are a few:

1. Most teams don't let you have listings in your name
2. They don't give you steady leads
3. There is no or few in person meetings/trainings
4. No admin staff
5. No marketing/branding person.

Are you a fresh graduate of the real estate course of British Columbia or awaiting your graduation and looking to grow in real estate? We are looking to partner with new realtors who are looking to work part time/fulltime. We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!

Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to generate business opportunities from assigned leads

· Communicate with clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.

· Facilitate meetings with potential leads and walk in clients and make presentation on the project.

· Answer client questions according to business need.

· Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines.

· Submitting the required reports, such as daily sales activity report..

· Build and sustain a solid social and professional network.

· Update clients on market conditions, prices, legal and/or documentary requirements and other related matters.

· Meet the required sales target on a quarterly basis.

Qualifications

· Excels at networking and maintaining relationships with clients.

· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

· Good presentation & analytical skills

· Process-driven and innovative

· Independent and a team player

· Flexible and able to multi-task

· Confident, strong interpersonal skills and a team player

· Graduate of any Bachelor's degree.

Required License:

· Real Estate License in BC is required

· Driver’s License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00-$158,000.00 per year
