About the Opportunity
Our client in the financial services and insurance space is growing their disability claims team and is looking for a detail-oriented professional to join them as a Disability Claims Administrator. This role plays a critical part in ensuring clients receive accurate and timely benefit payments, directly impacting individuals during important life moments.

Your Responsibilities

You’ll manage the financial aspects of disability claims, including calculations and timely payment processing
In this role, you’ll support case managers by preparing claim files and coordinating required documentation
You’ll communicate with clients and stakeholders, explaining benefit calculations and responding to inquiries
You’ll perform data entry, track payments, and resolve discrepancies within internal systems
You’ll prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Skills and Qualifications

Post-secondary education or recent graduate, ideally in finance, business, or a related field
Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail
Experience in customer service, administration, or financial services is an asset
Bilingual in French and English, with confidence communicating in both
Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to work independently

Vos responsabilités

Vous gérerez les aspects financiers des demandes de règlement, incluant les calculs et l’émission des paiements
Dans ce rôle, vous soutiendrez les gestionnaires de dossiers en préparant les dossiers et en coordonnant la documentation requise
Vous communiquerez avec les clients et les parties prenantes pour expliquer les calculs et répondre aux demandes
Vous effectuerez la saisie de données, le suivi des paiements et la résolution des écarts dans les systems
Vous prioriserez efficacement vos tâches dans un environnement à volume élevé tout en maintenant un haut niveau de précision

Compétences et qualifications

Diplôme postsecondaire ou récent(e) diplômé(e), idéalement en finance, administration ou domaine connexe
Solides compétences en mathématiques et en analyse, avec une grande attention aux details
Expérience en service à la clientèle, administration ou services financiers, un atout
Bilinguisme en français et en anglais, avec aisance à communiquer dans les deux langues
Excellente gestion du temps et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement rapide
Esprit d’équipe développé avec autonomie dans l’exécution des tâches
