Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Server/Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Whether you're mixing cocktails at the bar or serving up delicious dishes at the table, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities

Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise service.
Serve food and drinks with a friendly attitude, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through excellent time management and organizational skills.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments with POS systems.
Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.
Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, addressing their needs promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Assist in setting up banquet or catering events, ensuring all food safety and service standards are met for large groups or special occasions.

Experience

Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in a bar or nightclub environment is a plus.
Strong skills in sales, upselling beverages or menu items to enhance guest experience.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations.
