Description du poste

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un(e) Serveur(se) et d'un(e) Busboy/Busgirl ayant de expérience, des personnes fiables et efficaces, passionné(e)s par l'hospitalité. Une gentillesse et une attention aux détails exceptionnelles sont primordiales pour ces rôles.

Responsabilités :

Offrir un service attentionné et professionnel afin d’assurer une expérience positive aux invités
Collaborer étroitement avec les membres de l’équipe de salle à manger afin d’assurer un service fluide et efficace
Répondre aux besoins des invités et anticiper leurs demandes pendant le service
Respecter les standards de service, d’hygiène et de sécurité de l’établissement

Exigences :

Minimum de 2 ans en restauration à volume élevé
Être disponible à Temps plein
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique
Bonnes aptitudes à la communication et au travail d'équipe
Bilinguisme (Français et anglais requis afin d'assurer un service client diversifié comprenant une proportion significative de clients anglophones, et pour répondre aux demandes effectuées en anglais)
Autorisé à travailler au Canada

Job Description

We are currently looking for Server and Busperson with experience, peoples reliable and efficient person who are passionate about hospitality. Outstanding kindness and attention to detail are paramount to this role

Responsibilities :

Provide attentive and professional service to ensure a positive experience for guests
Work closely with dining room team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
Respond to guests' needs and anticipate their requests during service
Comply with the establishment's standards of service, hygiene, and safety

Requirements :

Minimum of 2 years in high-volume restaurant.
Available full-time
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Bilingualism (French and English required to provide diverse customer service to a significant proportion of English-speaking customers and to respond to requests made in English)
Authorized to work in Canada
