Votre rôle au sein de Provent HCE

Relevant du superviseur de production, le Soudeur-Monteur participe à la fabrication de produits de ventilation commerciale en acier inoxydable et en acier galvanisé de calibre 16. Vous effectuerez l’assemblage, le soudage, le meulage et la finition des composantes selon les plans et les standards de qualité de l’entreprise.

Responsabilités principales

Lire et interpréter les plans et dessins de fabrication;
Effectuer l’assemblage des composantes en acier inoxydable et en acier galvanisé de calibre 16;
Réaliser des soudures TIG et MIG de qualité sur acier inoxydable et en acier galvanisé de calibre 16.
Effectuer le meulage, le polissage et la finition des pièces;
Vérifier la conformité des pièces produites selon les spécifications;
Utiliser les outils et équipements de fabrication de façon sécuritaire;
Maintenir son espace de travail propre et organisé;
Collaborer avec les membres de l’équipe afin d’assurer l’efficacité des opérations;
Respecter les normes de santé et sécurité au travail.

Compétences et qualifications recherchées

Expérience en soudage TIG et MIG sur acier inoxydable et sur acier galvanisé;
Expérience en assemblage et fabrication de produits métalliques;
Bonne lecture de plans et utilisation des instruments de mesure;
Bonne condition physique;
Souci du détail et du travail bien exécuté;
Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe;
Fiabilité, rigueur et sens des responsabilités;
La maîtrise du français afin de pouvoir communiquer à l’interne est requise;
L’anglais est considéré comme un atout.

Conditions de travail

Your Role at Provent HCE

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Welder-Assembler plays an important role in the manufacturing of commercial ventilation products. You will be responsible for assembling, welding, grinding, and finishing stainless steel and galvanized steel 16G components while ensuring quality and production standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints;
Assemble stainless steel and galvanized steel 16G components according to specifications;
Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel and galvanized steel 16G;
Grind, polish, and finish welded components;
Verify product conformity and quality standards;
Safely operate fabrication tools and equipment;
Maintain a clean and organized work area;
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production;
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience with TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel and galvanized steel 16G;
Experience in metal fabrication and assembly;
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately;
Good physical condition;
Strong attention to detail and workmanship;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Reliable, responsible, and quality-oriented;
French language proficiency is required for internal communication;
English is considered an asset.
