Personal Assistant & Fashion Operations Coordinator

Location: Toronto / GTA (In Person, with occasional travel between store locations)

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptionally organized, detail-oriented Personal Assistant & Fashion Operations Coordinator to work directly alongside Noor, supporting both the creative and operational sides of our growing luxury fashion brands.

This role is ideal for someone with experience—or a strong interest—in fashion management, bridal, luxury retail, or business operations. You'll play an essential role in ensuring every custom order, project, and daily operation runs smoothly with exceptional attention to detail.

We're looking for someone who naturally catches mistakes before they happen, enjoys creating structure, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Management & Production Oversight

Work directly with Noor on custom bridal and formalwear orders.
Organize, maintain, and update detailed client order files.
Review measurements, customizations, design notes, and production details for accuracy.
Ensure all client requests, order changes, and deadlines are documented correctly.
Track production timelines, fittings, alterations, and delivery schedules.
Help prevent production errors through strong organizational systems.
Assist with quality control and final order reviews before client delivery.

Team Accountability & Operational Support

Help keep managers, stylists, and production teams organized and aligned.
Follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain operational systems, checklists, and internal workflows.
Identify communication gaps, missed details, or operational inefficiencies.
Support improvements that increase productivity and reduce operational errors.
Help ensure all departments remain accountable and on schedule.

Executive & Personal Support

Manage Noor's calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily priorities.
Coordinate projects across multiple brands and retail locations.
Assist with photoshoots, product launches, events, and special projects.
Provide dependable administrative and personal support within a fast-growing business.

Fashion & Creative Coordination

Support design organization, sourcing, and production coordination.
Help maintain brand standards across all departments.
Bridge creative vision with production execution through strong organization and follow-through.
