JOB PROFILE – Event Coordinator

REPORTS TO: EventManager / EventCoordinator

ROLE: Assistant to EventManagerand Event Coordinator, thirdin command in department, to create memorable experiences with attentive service, product knowledge, fun and passion. Acts as shift leader with clients and staff.

MEASUREMENT:

Attitude
Ability to give guests a fantastic and memorable experience
Knowledge of standards
Ability to coach standards in a positive manor
Teamwork
Ability to bring passion, creativity and desire to have fun to work
Is fully trained on EventManager’s role and responsibilities
Able to take on EventManager’s role due to illness or vacation
Understands and practices all booking procedures
Fully understands and follows all sales procedures
