About the job
Protection. Preservation. Performance.
At Film Bros, we install premium architectural films and surface coating solutions that help people protect, preserve, and improve the spaces they live and work in.
Our work goes beyond basic window tint. We install security film, solar control film, privacy film, decorative film, surface protection film, anti-graffiti film, exterior film systems, and other specialty products for residential, commercial, and high-end spaces across the GTA.
We are looking for an experienced Security Window Film Installer / Architectural Film Technician to join our team long term.
Window film experience is a must. If you can lay security film clean, we can coach you into the other products we install quickly. This role is for someone who already has real film installation skill, but wants more than just another install job.
We want someone who is easy to work with, takes pride in clean work, goes above and beyond for people without being asked and sees a long-term future with a growing company. The right person will help with installations, prep, quality control, exterior cleaning, material handling, and general operations. Once onboarding and training are complete, the goal is for this person to help lead installs and become a key part of how Film Bros operates in the field.
This is a role for someone who wants to build with us, not just work for us.
What we offer
- Competitive base pay based on experience
- $0.25 per square foot production bonus on completed install work
- Opportunity to grow into a lead installer / operations role
- Training on multiple premium architectural film products
- Long-term growth with a company that is actively expanding
- A small team environment where your work actually matters
- The chance to be part of building a premium trade company from the inside
Our bonus structure is designed to reward productivity, but never at the expense of quality. We care about clean installs, proper prep, good communication, and professional work. The square footage bonus is there to reward someone who can produce consistently while still protecting the Film Bros standard.

Who this role is for
This role is for someone who takes pride in being good at their trade.
We are not looking for someone who only wants to show up, install, and leave. We are looking for someone who wants to become part of the core team.
The right person is skilled, reliable, coachable, easy to work with, and interested in growing with a company over time. Some days will be install-heavy. Some days will involve prep, cleaning, organizing materials, quality checks, or helping keep operations moving. We need someone who understands that great work is built in the details.
If you are experienced with security film and want to expand into other premium architectural film products, this could be a great fit.
This is not a contractor style position. It requires Full-Time dedication and availability.
Growth Opportunity
Film Bros is growing, and we want the right person to grow with us.
As the company expands, there will be room to take on more responsibility, help lead projects, support operations, train future team members, and increase your earning potential.
Our goal is to find someone who can become a long-term part of the company, not just fill a short-term position or take on quick contracts.
Schedule
Like most trades, our work has busy seasons and steadier seasons.
During busy periods, there will be more installation volume and more earning opportunity. During steadier periods, the work may shift into prep days, training, quality control, glass cleaning, material organization, and operational support.
We are looking for someone who understands the rhythm of a growing trades business and wants to be part of it long term.
How to apply
Please apply with your resume and a short note about your experience installing security window film.
If you have photos of previous installs or examples of projects you have worked on, feel free to include them.
