Position - Construction Labourer
Location - Guelph, ON
Pay rate - $20–$25 hourly (Depending upon experience)

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Labourer . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while working alongside experienced tradespeople on a variety of residential renovation and construction projects.

The ideal candidate will be physically fit, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with construction site setup, preparation, and cleanup
Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment
Support carpentry, framing, drywall installation, and finishing activities
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Assist with flooring installation, tile work, painting, and general renovations
Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks
Perform material handling and heavy lifting as required
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Requirements

Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset
Experience using hand and power tools
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation to various job sites is an asset
Valid driver's license is considered an asset
