CEM Resorts

As a Bartender at CEM Resorts, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring guests receive attentive and professional service. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Hotels & Accommodations

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to resort standards
Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
Take beverage orders accurately and make recommendations when needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and supplies
Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to management
Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
Handle guest concerns professionally and help create a positive dining and lounge experience
Process payments and maintain accurate transactions through the POS system
Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure smooth service operations
Assist with opening and closing duties of the bar

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and responsible alcohol service practices
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Smart, professional appearance and a guest-first mindset
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
