Personal Trainer/Functional Fitness Coach

Coach women (and some men). Build community. Be part of something different.

If you’re a fitness professional who loves coaching, connecting with people, and being part of a strong team—this is not your typical gym job.

We are also hiring a Front Desk Administrator & Membership Coordinator.
Qualified candidates can combine both roles to create 20–30+ consistent hours/week, with an opportunity to grow long-term within the company.

About Us

Love Your Body Fitness is a women-focused strength and conditioning gym built on community, support, and helping women feel strong at every stage of life.

We specialize in:

Strength training & functional fitness
Pre/postnatal and women’s health
Classes, small group coaching and personal training
Creating an inclusive, supportive environment (no egos, no intimidation)

Our clients range from busy moms to women in their 50s–70s focused on strength, longevity, and confidence.

The Role

You’ll coach both group classes and/or personal training clients, helping members build strength, confidence, and consistency.

This is a coaching-first role—you focus on delivering great sessions and building relationships.
We handle the sales systems and support you with a steady flow of clients.

What You’ll Do

Coach group classes and/or personal training sessions
Deliver safe, effective, and engaging workouts
Build strong relationships with clients
Support a welcoming, inclusive community
Continue learning and developing your coaching skills

What We’re Looking For

Passion for fitness and helping others succeed
Strong interpersonal skills—you genuinely connect with people
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Coachable and open to growth
Professional and reliable

Required:

Certified Personal Trainer or CrossFit Level 1 (or equivalent)
Professional liability insurance
Minimum 1 year coaching or training experience
Crossfit experience is a very strong asset!
