Front Desk Receptionist
Busy Prosthodontic Clinic on West Broadway | Competitive Pay + Bonuses

Are you an experienced dental receptionist who takes pride in being the first and last point of contact for patients? We’re a high-end prosthodontic practice on West Broadway looking for a polished, personable, and organized front desk professional to join our team.

This is more than just answering phones, it’s about creating a seamless, 5-star experience for every patient while supporting the operations of a growing specialty clinic.

About the Role
This is a part-time position where you’ll be the hub of our clinic’s operations. You’ll work directly with our specialist, treatment coordinator, and clinical team to ensure that every patient is greeted warmly, scheduled accurately, and cared for from the first call to final follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients and create a professional, calming first impression
Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings with efficiency and warmth
Coordinate schedules for the specialist and hygiene team to maximize productivity
Confirm appointments and manage recalls and follow-ups
Handle insurance coordination, billing, and payment processing
Support treatment coordination with paperwork, pre-authorizations, and communication
Assist with daily admin duties and smooth clinic flow

You Are

A seasoned dental receptionist (2+ years preferred), ideally with experience in a specialist office
A confident communicator who makes patients feel comfortable and cared for
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
Familiar with Tracker or similar dental software
Looking for a long-term role where your contribution truly matters
Bonus if you’ve worked in a prosthodontic, oral surgery, or implant-focused setting

What We’re Offering

$25/hour minimum, depending on experience
$500 sign-on bonus (after 3 months)
$1,000 retention bonus (after 12 months)
