Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Kitchen helper. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the food industry, with experience in food preparation, and kitchen operations. The successful candidate will play a vital part in delivering high-quality food service and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop culinary skills and gain valuable experience in food handling and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble menu items according to established recipes and standards
Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, mixing, and plating
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices
Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks seamlessly
Follow all food safety regulations and restaurant policies to ensure compliance

Requirements

Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred especially in Thai Cusine.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
