This role is ideal for an experienced Line Cook or kitchen leader ready to take the next step into leadership while continuing to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

What You’ll Do

Kitchen Leadership

Lead and support the kitchen team during service
Set the standard for food quality, speed, and teamwork
Train and mentor cooks and prep team members

Food Quality & Execution

Ensure all menu items meet Red Robin standards
Conduct line checks and maintain presentation quality
Support kitchen organization and efficient production

Operations & Standards

Assist with inventory, prep lists, and kitchen organization
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards
Support smooth operations during busy service periods

Team Development

Motivate and support kitchen team members
Help build a positive, high-energy kitchen culture
Identify and develop future leaders

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of kitchen experience in a full-service restaurant
Leadership experience is an asset (Shift Leader, Lead Cook, Supervisor)
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Positive attitude and strong leadership presence
Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

FoodSafe certification is an asset.
