We are a fast-growing digital logistics and shipping platform that connects shippers with trucking companies, LTL carriers, and courier networks through technology-driven solutions. We help businesses simplify shipping, optimize costs, and scale efficiently across Canada and North America.

As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our LTL trucking sales channel and are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with deep industry knowledge and proven carrier and shipper relationships.

Position Summary

We are seeking a senior-level Sales Manager with 10+ years of experience in trucking—specifically LTL sales—to lead the growth of LTL volume and revenue across Canada.

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who understands the trucking market, pricing structures, lane development, and customer acquisition, and who can immediately contribute through existing relationships and industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow LTL trucking volume and revenue
Acquire new shipper accounts and expand existing customer relationships
Leverage existing trucking carrier and shipper networks to drive business
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with customers
Work closely with operations and carrier partners to ensure service quality
Monitor market trends, lane performance, and competitor activity
Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Represent Company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in the trucking industry

(Sales, Business Development, or Sales Management)

Strong LTL trucking expertise (pricing, lanes, carrier networks)
Proven track record of growing sales and volume
Established relationships with shippers and/or trucking carriers
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage sales cycles end-to-end

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with digital freight platforms or 3PLs
Experience selling logistics or transportation technology solutions
Knowledge of Canadian and cross-border LTL markets
CRM and data-driven sales experience
