Full job description

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Sheet Metal Journeymanto join our team in the plumbing and heating industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC systems, ductwork fabrication and installation, and a solid understanding of mechanical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:

Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal products for residential and commercial HVAC systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical diagrams.
Measure and mark dimensions and reference lines on metal sheets.
Operate hand and power tools such as shears, press brakes, and welding equipment.
Work both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality workmanship.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements:

Journeyman certification in Sheet Metal (or equivalent experience).
Knowledge of HVAC systems and air handling equipment is a strong asset.
Ability to travel to job sites as required.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
