MT Creator Studio is a commercial sign, print, and fabrication company based in Vaughan / Concord.
We produce and install commercial signage, construction signage, window graphics, wall signs, banners, flex face signage, ACM panels, acrylic signs, channel letters, and custom signage for general contractors, commercial clients, property managers, retail businesses, and institutional projects.
We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman Sign Installer who can lead hands-on installs and support shop preparation when not on site.
This is not a helper role. We need someone experienced, reliable, professional, and capable of working on serious commercial and institutional job sites.
The Role
This is a working role. Some days will be on job sites installing signs. Other days will be in the shop preparing jobs, assembling signs, helping with fabrication, organizing hardware, checking materials, printing/laminating support when needed, and getting jobs ready for installation.
You must be comfortable working with commercial clients, general contractors, institutional job sites, and professional site requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and perform sign installations on commercial and institutional job sites
- Install channel letters, raceways, sign cabinets, ACM panels, acrylic signs, wall signs, dimensional letters, window graphics, vinyl graphics, banners, and large-format signage
- Work with large banners, tensioned banners, and stretch flex face materials
- Assist with flex face / sign cabinet preparation and installation
- Install panels, printed graphics, wall graphics, window film, decals, and site signage
- Read and follow layouts, drawings, measurements, site instructions, and install plans
- Take site measurements and identify install issues before production
- Prepare, load, unload, and organize materials, hardware, tools, and equipment
- Drill, fasten, anchor, level, align, assemble, mount, and finish signage properly
- Work safely with ladders, lifts, access equipment, tools, anchors, and finished surfaces
- Coordinate with the owner, clients, site supervisors, GCs, and other trades when required
- Support shop production when no install is scheduled
- Help with trimming, laminating, weeding vinyl, packing, organizing, fabrication, and quality checking when needed
- Keep the shop, tools, hardware, and install materials organized
- Communicate problems early before they become expensive
- Represent MT Creator Studio professionally on site
Institutional / Commercial Site Requirements
The right person must be comfortable working on professional job sites such as:
- Hospitals
- Schools
- Government / public-sector buildings
- Commercial construction sites
- Retail buildouts
- Property management sites
- GC-controlled projects
You must understand:
- PPE requirements
- site safety
- clean workmanship

- working around other trades

Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years sign installation or closely related commercial installation experience
- Experience installing commercial signage required
- Experience with channel letters, large banners, flex face materials, ACM panels, vinyl graphics, and wall/window graphics strongly preferred
- Comfortable working on commercial, construction, and institutional job sites
- Able to lead small installs while still doing hands-on work
- Comfortable with tools, ladders, anchors, fasteners, lifts, measuring tools, and install hardware
- Able to read drawings, layouts, measurements, and install instructions
- Valid G licence required
- Reliable transportation required
- Physically capable of lifting, loading, climbing, standing, bending, drilling, and working outdoors/indoors
- Strong attention to detail and clean workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and professional
- Able to follow company checklists, site instructions, and safety requirements

- You improvise without confirming when the scope is unclear
Pay
$27–$38/hour, depending on proven experience.
Higher pay is reserved for candidates who can lead installs, work safely, read drawings, coordinate site conditions, handle commercial/institutional environments, and reduce owner supervision.
