Full job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager & Estimator to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for a well-rounded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about both the management and financial planning aspects of construction. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing projects from the tender process through completion, while also providing accurate and competitive estimates to win new work.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure quality, schedule, and budget goals are met.
Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout the project.
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

Estimating

Review architectural drawings and specifications to prepare detailed estimates and bid proposals.
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
Analyze job costs, perform quantity take-offs, and determine labor and material requirements.
Collaborate with the leadership team on pricing strategy and bid submission.
