Now Hiring: Restaurant Manager – Little Caesars (Deacons Corner Location)

Little Caesars is looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Deacons Corner location! This is a permanent full-time leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.

Position Overview:

The Restaurant Manager (“RM”) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant while supporting the Owner in achieving operational goals and maintaining company standards. The RM plays a key leadership role in driving restaurant performance, supporting Team Members, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, train, and develop Team Members in a positive and fast-paced work environment
Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management
Ensure the restaurant operates in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures
Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain high standards of guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and food safety
Prepare pizzas, support kitchen operations, and ensure fresh dough is made daily according to company standards
Monitor inventory levels, complete product ordering, and support cost control initiatives related to food, labour, and operations
Conduct cash handling and deposit verification procedures accurately and responsibly
Resolve guest concerns professionally and support a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence
Monitor restaurant performance including sales, speed of service, employee engagement, and guest satisfaction
Lead by example through professionalism, reliability, accountability, and strong leadership skills

Qualifications:

Previous supervisory or management experience within the food service or restaurant industry is required
Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and team development skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
