Responsibilities

Perform production and packaging tasks according to established procedures.
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Prepare, package, label, and organize finished goods for shipment.
Operate production equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate counts and records of materials and completed work.
Assist with inventory movement and material handling as required.
Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety requirements.
Support team objectives by meeting daily production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, or assembly is considered an asset.
Experience working as a Production Worker, Manufacturing Associate, Machine Operator, Line Operator, Packaging Associate, or General Labourer is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a positive workplace culture.
