Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Assistant at Lekadir LLP, you will play a vital role in supporting our leadership team and professionals by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service to our clients and staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support to partners, managers, and staff across departments
- Draft, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents in both English and French
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Answer and direct phone calls, greet clients, and handle general inquiries in both languages
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, and internal communications
- Support billing, collections, and document management processes as required, including preparing invoices, following up on outstanding accounts, and maintaining accurate records
Perform other administrative duties to ensure efficient office operations

Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office support experience is required
- Fluency in English and French (oral and written) is required
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
