Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Restaurant Wholesale Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on expanding our presence in the foodservice industry by developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, negotiation, and business development, with a strong understanding of B2B sales processes. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as it will enhance communication with diverse clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth while building lasting relationships with clients in the restaurant and hospitality sectors.

Duties

Identify and pursue new wholesale business opportunities within the restaurant industry through proactive outreach and networking
Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize sales potential and customer satisfaction
Conduct effective negotiations to close sales deals that benefit both the client and company objectives
Develop tailored marketing strategies to promote our products and services to prospective clients
Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management
Provide technical sales support by explaining product features, benefits, and applications to clients
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and product development to ensure client needs are met efficiently
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement
Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development within the foodservice or related industries
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
Excellent account management capabilities with the ability to build long-term relationships
Familiarity with marketing strategies and technology sales concepts
Analytical skills to interpret market data and sales metrics for strategic planning
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer information and sales pipelines
Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred)
Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and meet sales targets consistently
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
