We are looking to hire multiple Project Coordinators and Project Managers to join our team in Paris, Ontario. Responsibilities:

When your actions lead to success:

Interpret project briefs and develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and expected outcomes, in collaboration with Sales and Account Managers
Monitor project progress on a daily basis, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and potential issues; implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
Track project costs against approved budgets, investigate variances, and coordinate resolution of discrepancies
Coordinate the preparation, approval, and distribution of all project documentation and materials (e.g., specifications, finish samples, production-ready assets) to ensure seamless production execution
Building strong relationships, managing expectations, and providing clear, timely updates throughout the project lifecycle
Work closely with Production Managers to track work orders through all stages, including pre-production, production, quality inspection, shipment, and installation
Championing projects from approval through final delivery and invoicing, ensuring alignment across all internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

Previous experience in project coordination, preferably within a custom manufacturing, print, fabrication, or retail operations environment
Progress toward or completion of a PMP certification is considered an asset
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Excel)
A proactive, solution-oriented team player with a strong sense of ownership
