Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces.
Vacuum and shampoo upholstery, carpets, and mats to ensure cleanliness and freshness.
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to provide clear visibility.
Apply protective coatings to paintwork and other surfaces as required.
Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues that need attention and report findings to management.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns in a professional manner.
Follow all safety protocols while handling cleaning products and equipment.

Experience

Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean effectively while maintaining high standards of quality.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A valid driver's license is preferred.
