Job Title: Senior Full Stack Growth Marketer for Consumer Mobile App

Location: Remote

Job Type: Contract / Part-Time / Long-Term

Position Overview

We are seeking a senior-level Full Stack Growth Marketer to help scale an already launched consumer mobile app in the beauty/lifestyle space.

The app is live on both iOS and Android, and we are now focused on accelerating user acquisition, subscription growth, retention, brand positioning, and long-term scalability.

This is NOT a basic social media management role.

We are looking for a highly capable growth operator who can combine:

growth strategy
digital marketing
social media leadership
creator and influencer strategy
paid acquisition
SEO and content strategy
analytics
conversion optimization
brand positioning
mobile app growth expertise

This role requires both strategic thinking and execution capability.

The ideal candidate understands how modern consumer brands grow through:

TikTok and Instagram Reels
UGC systems and creator partnerships
organic social growth
paid advertising
subscription funnels
landing page optimization
retention systems
community-building
data-driven experimentation
full-funnel digital marketing

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute overall growth marketing strategy
Drive user acquisition initiatives across paid and organic channels
Lead TikTok and Instagram growth strategies
Build creator, influencer, and UGC systems
Help refine brand positioning and messaging
Manage or oversee Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Improve conversion funnels and subscription performance
Develop landing page and website optimization strategies
Support SEO and organic growth initiatives
Coordinate email marketing and automation campaigns
Track KPIs, attribution, and marketing performance
Identify growth opportunities through experimentation and analytics
Support App Store growth initiatives
Help improve retention and engagement strategies

Required Qualifications

Proven experience growing consumer mobile apps
Experience with subscription-based products
Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram growth
Experience with creator/influencer marketing
Experience managing or optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads
Knowledge of SEO, landing pages, and conversion optimization
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience with growth experimentation and funnel optimization
Ability to work independently and think strategically

Must have:

Experience with tools/platforms such as:

WordPress
Mailchimp
Google Analytics
Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads
TikTok Ads Manager
App Store analytics tools
