We are hiring an Exterior Supervisor / Lead to help strengthen and grow our Exterior Division. This is a working leadership role. Not an office position. Not a truck-and-phone arrangement. The right candidate will be in the field, working alongside the crew, maintaining quality, and helping shape this division from the ground up. About This Role
This is a working leadership position. That distinction matters.
The Exterior Supervisor / Lead acts as the bridge between field operations and management. You will work alongside your crew, not above them. You will be the person your team looks to when a challenge comes up, and the person management looks to when standards need to be held.
You will:
- Perform hands-on exterior service work including pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, moss removal, property maintenance support, and other exterior services depending on operational needs
- Lead, support, and train exterior crews to deliver consistent, high-quality results
- Coordinate daily job execution and maintain quality standards across sites
- Conduct site inspections and identify coaching opportunities proactively
- Ensure safe work practices are followed on every job
- Communicate professionally with clients on-site and with management as needed
- Work safely at heights, on ladders, and in varying outdoor conditions
- Operate, care for, and maintain company equipment to a professional standard
- Represent The Kind Hearted Company with integrity at every client property
- Contribute to operational improvements and help grow the Exterior Division

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of exterior cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, property maintenance, or related exterior services experience.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence and reliable personal vehicle
- Legally authorized to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship available)
- Strong communication skills and professional customer service approach
- Comfort working at heights and on ladders
- Familiarity with WHMIS and safe chemical handling
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated reliability and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months leadership, supervisory, crew lead, or foreperson experience
- Experience training employees and coordinating field crews
- Pressure washing, exterior services, or property maintenance experience
